  • May-August 2015

    • Researched the stories of free and enslaved African American men and women in Virginia during the Revolutionary War for inclusion in a planned touchscreen interactive.

    • Researched events leading up to the outbreak of the Revolutionary War for inclusion in a planned touch screen interactive. 

    • Recorded tunes from a Revolutionary War fifer's manuscript in the Museum’s collection using a a reproduction fife.

    • Modeled for a life-size tableau figure of a British Army soldier for inclusion in the Museum's main exhibit.

    • Wrote object descriptions for the Robert H. McCauley collection of over 100 English transfer-printed ceramics.

    • Responded to public inquiries about the McCauley collection.

    • Photographed objects from the McCauley collection for the Mimsy XG collections database.

    • Updated object metadata in Mimsy XG collections database.

    • Wrote three blog posts for the Museum’s blog, O Say Can You See?
